- A hacker should have his own website or a blog.
- A hacker should be a geek in computer programming.
- A hacker should know to hack WinXP Admin Password without using net user command at least.
- A hacker should create his own codes in various languages and should upload them.
- Last but not the least should know the name of the black hat and white hat hackers!
